Our Model
Partnering with landlords
We sign long term tenancies with our landlords, anywhere between 1-3 years.
Agree to a competitive monthly arrangement.
Provide references from our pool of existing landlords.
We guarantee you monthly rent, regardless of occupancy of the property.
Beginning a tenancy
Where necessary, refurbish the property with our interior design partners, including repainting, furniture changes and décor.
Carry out any maintenance works.
Advertise the properties to our corporate clients.
Carry out a comprehensive vetting and referencing procedure enlisting a third party company.
During a tenancy
We take responsibility for any utility payments.
Negotiate tenancy renewals and re-advertise properties within our network if necessary.
Perform high quality deep cleans in-between tenancies.
Conduct a quarterly property inspection and provide update on the state of the property. Arranging repairs if required.
Act as out-of-hour 24/7 emergency contact for tenant.
